Account Manager – MSP | Fully Remote | $100k + SuperAbout the RoleManaged Service Provider is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing SME and mid-market clients.
This is a retention- and growth-focused role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a book of clients, identifying upsell opportunities, resolving escalations and building the kind of relationships that keep clients long-term.
