Job Description
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is seeking a Team Leader for the Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team at the Royal Park campus. You will provide operational and clinical leadership to an interdisciplinary group of assessors, guiding triage, assessment, care planning, delegation, training and quality activities.
You will oversee intake, assessment delivery, support plan reviews, training and quality portfolios while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement in triage and assessment tasks.
