JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.
n
With ongoing and upcoming forestry projects, we are seeking experienced Harvester Operators and Forwarder Operators to join our growing team.
n
About the Role:
n
n
Operate Harvesters or Forwarders across forestry operations.
n
Delimb, trim and cut logs to required specifications.
n
Safely load, transport and unload timber.
n
Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and basic machine maintenance.
n
Work closely with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets.
n
Support ongoing forestry operations across JRM Resources projects.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Demonstrated experience operating Harvesters or Forwarders
n
Previous experience within forestry, land clearing or similar settings
n
Current and relevant mobile plant operating tickets/qualifications
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence - Minimum C class
n
Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards and teamwork
n
Valuable mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skills
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
n
Ability to work effectively in changing site and weather conditions
n
