Due to project growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its Management Accounting/Business Partnering function.Job DescriptionReporting into the Finance Manager and based out of their Bunbury offices, the key scope of this role includes:Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Provide insights on financial performance to stakeholders.Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes,



including operations team.Dealing with site and WIP accounting.People leadership of 1 x Assistant Accountant.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will possess the following traits:CA/CPA Qualified (desired).
Prior experience working within a projects-based or operational environment.Exposure to budgeting & forecasting.People leadership/mentorship exposure.Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (site based).
