You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with clients, councils, consultants and internal teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take greater ownership of projects while continuing to develop their technical and leadership capabilities.DUTIES.Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, education and aged care developmentsPrepare and review civil engineering designs, documentation and technical reportsManage project deliverables, timeframes and client expectationsLiaise with clients, councils,



contractors and other consultantsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineersCoordinate with multidisciplinary project teamsEnsure designs comply with relevant Australian standards and council requirementsIdentify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycleSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineProven experience in civil engineering within the Australian marketStrong experience across civil design and project deliveryExperience with relevant civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC and TUFLOWStrong understanding of Australian standards, council requirements and development processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlinesPrevious experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers is highly regardedCULTURE.The business offers a collaborative and supportive environment where engineers are encouraged to take ownership, share ideas and develop their careers.
