We are seeking a highly motivated Casual -Food & Beverage Attendant (Fine Dining Restaurant)to join our welcoming team providing the highest quality service for our guests at our Canberra Domestic Lounges.
Job Description
This role is based within the exclusive Chairman's Lounge, a premium fine dining restaurant and lounge offering an à la carte menu curated by Neil Perry Consulting.
The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers a discreet yet attentive service experience, providing warm, professional, and productive food and beverage service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
A strong focus on personalised hospitality, attention to detail, and premium service standards is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our valued passengers.
Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage serviceAnticipate guest needs and provide discreet, attentive service to ensure a seamless and memorable experiencePresent and serve à la carte menu offerings,



beverages, and premium products with confidence and attention to detailMaintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, wine selections, beverage offerings, and dietary requirementsEnsure all food and beverage service areas are presented to the highest standard at all timesBuild positive relationships with guests through warm, professional, and engaging serviceHandle guest enquiries and requests professionally, resolving issues promptly and discreetlyContribute to an atmosphere of exclusivity, comfort, and excellence that reflects the prestige of the Chairman's Lounge
Qualifications
You will have had experience working in afine diningenvironment and theability to work a 7 day rotating roster.
With shift times being ****am until ****pm and ****pm until ****pm
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service with a high level of attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiencesFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysAbility to work rotating shifts between 4:30am - 12:30pm and 12:30pm - 09:00pm
Requirements
Full Australian working rightsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateFull availability across all rostered shiftsAvailability to work both morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating basisCurrent Australian Probationary or Full Driver's LicenceAbility to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
