This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their estimating, commercial, and analytical skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.About the RoleAs a Junior Estimator, you will support the preparation of cost estimates, tender pricing, benchmarking activities, and commercial analysis across a range of industrial services projects.
Working alongside experienced Estimators and operational stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to estimating methodologies, project costing, risk assessment, and tender development processes.This is an excellent prospect to build a long-term career pathway within a growing global business.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of project estimates and tender pricing schedulesObtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotationsMaintain estimate workbooks, pricing models, and supporting documentationSupport the development and maintenance of benchmarking tools, cost libraries,



and lessons learned databasesAnalyse historical project performance and estimating data to identify trends and insightsAssist with estimate reviews, cost validation, and risk assessmentsSupport reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with operational, commercial, and technical teams throughout the tendering processAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related disciplineStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesA proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and developThe ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join EnerMech?
