Your responsibilities will include:Administering medications and updating care plansConducting baseline and focused assessmentsLeading and mentoring team members (including night shifts)Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality careAbout YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePassionate about aged care and resident wellbeingPrevious aged care experience (desirable but not essential)Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day, afternoon,
