We're looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team at Accent Group!
Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the retail marketing calendar to life across our Australian and New Zealand store network.
This is a hands-on role working across retail campaigns, store openings, POP and VM, centre marketing, local area marketing and retail communications.You'll work closely with our stores, Retail Operations, internal teams, suppliers, agencies and shopping centre partners to make sure campaigns and activations are delivered on time and to brand standards.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCoordinate the execution of national retail campaigns across the store networkManage campaign timelines, assets, approvals and delivery requirementsCoordinate POP, VM and seasonal retail marketing assets from artwork through to store deliveryManage marketing execution for new store openings, relocations and refurbishmentsCoordinate shopping centre marketing, local area marketing initiatives, activations and eventsSupport in-store customer experience elements including digital screens, video content, music and seasonal imageryCoordinate regular marketing communications and campaign toolkits for the retail store networkMaintain the retail marketing calendar,



project trackers and campaign timelinesLiaise with stores, suppliers, agencies, shopping centres and internal stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered smoothlyAssist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, budget tracking, invoicing and purchase ordersWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR1-3 years' experience in retail marketing, VM coordination or a similar marketing roleExperience within retail, fashion, footwear, FMCG or a consumer brand environment is desirableExperience coordinating Local Area Marketing initiatives and retail activationsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholdersAn understanding of retail marketing, POP, VM and campaign executionStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with internal and external partnersExcellent attention to detail, organisation and time managementA proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approachStrong analytical skills and an interest in using data to improve campaign effectiveness and the in-store customer experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and CanvaExperience with platforms such as ClickUp is advantageousWHY JOIN US?
