high-performing culture.Where you'll make an impactLead by example through exceptional luxury food and beverage serviceSupport the coordination of daily restaurant operations and service flowProvide guidance, coaching and encouragement to Food & Beverage Attendants during every shiftAssist with the induction and on-the-job training of current team membersBuild strong guest relationships through warm, personalised and intuitive serviceResolve guest enquiries professionally and Escalate complex matters where requiredSupport opening, closing and operational procedures to ensure service readinessEncourage product knowledge, menu confidence and premium upselling opportunitiesMaintain the highest standards of presentation, food safety, RSA and WHS complianceFoster a collaborative, respectful and guest-focused team cultureWhat we're looking forYou're an experienced hospitality professional who leads through your actions and inspires those around you.
