At Light & Wonder, it's all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryThe role of the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our ANZ business through the end-to-end production and execution of high-impact marketing programs across Australia and Current Zealand.
This includes driving sales enablement programs, crafting sales-driven product launches and activations, customer engagement forums, as well as supporting two major annual tradeshows.
This role will report to the Senior Marketing Lead, ASIA/ANZ.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in supporting and implementing our ANZ Marketing strategy across the region through key roadmap launches, partner programs, regional tradeshows & VIP eventsProduct launch execution through the complete lifecycle and operational delivery of customer-centric programs & innovationEnsure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generationProgram management for key network of supporting agencies & vendorsBuild key stakeholder relations across our global Marketing teams (Creative/Social/Corp Comms/CSR) to collaborate with their cross-functional departments, producing effective marketing and sales collateralDesign and implement successful marketing campaigns, activity reports, and metrics for program success through competitor analysis & historical data to identify opportunitiesSupport the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media,
or content marketingSupport the Senior Marketing Lead in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting clear business objectives, organising presentations, and updating calendarsCommunicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide forums for usage and promotionPlan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsMaintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessarySupport the development and maintenance of internal tools and platformsBuild knowledge and education regularly with the wider sales teamKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHands-on experience with events, tradeshows, GTM launches, activations or customer programsExperience driving digital 360 marketing programs (Social/Digital/In-Person)Creative & critical thinker, always bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the tablePartner or client-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative/Marketing Agency experience is welcomeStrong organisational, time management and project management skills, as well as attention to detailAbility to work with a diverse range of internal and external regional/global stakeholders, and to manage multiple prioritiesSolid computer & AI skills,
including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, and Claude.Experience, Education and QualificationBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Events Management or equivalent similar tertiary qualification.3-5 years of relevant job experience in Marketing roles in a corporate or agency environment (preferably global or supporting global brand clients).
