We're seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a successful and supportive boutique real estate team in Sydney's Inner West.This is a 12-month contract, commencing with an initial one-month trial period, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stability, variety and the chance to become an integral part of a high-performing team.The RoleWorking closely with the sales team, you'll be responsible for:Coordinating property marketing campaigns from brief to launchUploading listings across websites and property portalsPreparing brochures, signboards and marketing collateralManaging campaign deadlines and following up outstanding approvalsUploading contracts and maintaining property recordsProcessing marketing invoices and campaign reconciliationsAssisting with settlements and general sales administrationMaintaining CRM and database accuracySupporting team marketing and social media activitiesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is organised,
