About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop team.
You will ensure every customer receives qualified, efficient, and transparent service from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and managing service bookingsUnderstanding customer needs and accurately documenting vehicle concernsLiaising with technicians and communicating workshop progress updatesPreparing quotes and explaining recommended repairs and maintenanceManaging customer enquiries via phone, email,



and in personCoordinating vehicle drop-offs and collectionsProcessing service invoices and paymentsMaintaining accurate customer and vehicle recordsDelivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, administration, or automotive roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesA professional and positive attitudeAbility to multitask in a busy environmentHigh attention to detailProficiency with computer systems and dealership software (preferred)A valid driver's licence
