We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.About the rolesProvide active support to people with disability in Mackay across Lifestyle and Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings.
Most shifts will involve supporting clients one-on-one out in the community, with occasional SIL shifts available.
The people we support are unique, with individual needs, preferences, and goals, and we are looking for passionate support workers who are proactive in supporting them in their day-to-day lives,



helping create meaningful moments.This position is for someone who is patient, compassionate, and committed to providing person-centred support.
You will support people with disability to develop and maintain their independence, participate in their communities and achieve their individual goals.
