Based in our Auburn Device Care Centre, and in a permanent full time capacity, this role will see you:Defect validation with customer complaintsInvestigate and validate reported defects in mobile devices based on customer complaintsPerform manual functional tests on phones to confirm the presence and nature of the defectAccurately process product returns in the internal systemMaintain up-to-date records of return transactions for tracking purposesCreate and manage return orders using Assurant softwareAdherence to QA SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Participate in regular training and updates to stay aligned with the latest QA practicesRecord inspection results and escalate any deviations or non-conformitiesPromote a quality-first mindset, accountability, and clear communication within the teamParticipate in regular training sessions to stay aligned with the latest QA practices and toolsContribute to team discussions and initiatives aimed at improving QA processes and customer satisfactionDoes this sound like you?
Experience in mobile device testing or consumer electronics QA preferredQA experience in warehousing or logistics environment highly desirableStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to follow defined processes and procedures accuratelyGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamBasic proficiency in using computers and inventory management systemsPhysical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devicesInterested?
