With both full-time and casual positions available, this is a great leadership opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals.Located in the heart of Perth's CBD, The Island is a vibrant restaurant, pub and events venue, known for outstanding food, drinks, functions and our very own on-site microbrewery.We're looking for hands-on leaders who enjoy being part of the action, leading a team and creating a great experience for every guest.The RoleAs a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the venue running smoothly.
You'll lead from the floor, support your team and make sure our guests receive exceptional service.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the team across restaurant, bar and functionsOverseeing day-to-day venue operationsBartending, hosting and running food when requiredSupporting waitstaff, bar staff and kitchen teams during busy periodsManaging functions, bookings and event operationsHandling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionallyMaintaining high standards of service, presentation and venue operationsOpening and/or closing the venue and completing relevant operational dutiesLeading by example and creating a positive,



energetic team environmentThis is a hands-on Duty Manager position.
