enhancements and ongoing optimisationWorking directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsContributing to development standards, governance and platform best practiceSupporting delivery across Defence and Government transformation programsThe Successful CandidateYou will bring:Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)6+ years' ServiceNow development experienceStrong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platformProven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIsExperience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service cataloguesStrong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practiceExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regardedExperience across any of the following will be advantageous:ITSMITOMHRSDCSMSPMCMDBService PortalDiscoveryDefence or Federal Government environmentsWhat's on offer?
