As our next Fleet Administrator, you'll get hands‐on experience in every part of the fleet sales process!
What You'll Do:Process and input customer orders accurately into the systemManage stock allocation and trackingCoordinate vehicle licensing, including weighing, pitting, and registrationCreate and manage internal and external purchase ordersHandle internal and external invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for vehicle transactionsCoordinate vehicle movements between dealerships, suppliers, and body builders to ensure timely delivery and preparationSchedule vehicle logistics for deliveries and transfersFinalise deals, complete washout processes, and maintain accurate records and documentationWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:A people‐person with great communication skills.Hungry to learn about sales and the automotive world.Organised,



detail‐driven, and reliable.A positive team player with a can‐do attitude.Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.Holds (or is willing to get) a WA Manual Driver's Licence & WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence.Bonus points for previous experience (but not essential).
