Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty retail setting in Victoria.
You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory and cash reconciliation.
This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and special events.
