RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations on a full time basis at Monkey Mia, WA.
You will oversee daily bar activities, manage a team of attendants, and collaborate with the Resort Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include crafting cocktails and beverages, managing supplier relationships and stock, ensuring licensing and WHS compliance, and handling rosters, budgets and reporting.
