Job Description
Optus is seeking a Service Delivery Provisioning Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and activation of complex telecom services for enterprise, wholesale and consumer customers in Sydney.
You will oversee a team of about 10 Network Engineers across the full order-to-activation lifecycle, driving quality, speed and automation across voice, data and connectivity products.
The role requires deep telecom experience, solid leadership and a track record in OSS/BSS, with exposure to platforms like
