Swap the Shift Work for 9-5 Hours.
We are looking for a resilient and organised Care Manager to join our team.
The Role
Manage a caseload of ~70 clients.
Use your "solid personality" to conduct prospect meetings and convert new clients (Commission paid on every win!).
Drive to 2-3 face-to-face visits weekly.
The Perks
$80k Base + Super + Commission.
Company Car (Fuel card + Tolls + Weekend personal use included!).
Standard Hours: 8:30-4:30 or 9-5 (No night shifts).
WFH: 1 day per week after probation.
