Job Description
Wellways is offering a part time Peer Support Worker role in Greater Geelong.
You will provide recovery-focused 1:1 and group support to consumers, families and carers, drawing on IPS principles to foster hope and self-management.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, review care plans, and support clients through their engagement from initial assessment to clinical sessions and community connections.
