Broken Hill Base Hospital & Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse with Operating Theatre experience to join their team on a three-month contract, starting as soon as possible. The position is remunerated at AUD53.93 to AUD78.50 per hour, depending on experience and classification.

Preferred Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA




Demonstrated experience working in an operating theatre setting
Pre-admission clinic experience or knowledge of pre-operative assessment processes
Solid understanding of theatre protocols, infection control, and surgical safety standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
Post-graduate qualification or certification in perioperative nursing
Current First Aid and CPR certification
