Family Life is seeking a Team Leader - Family Relationships to lead operations at Frankston and oversee Children's Contact Services and FaRS. This full time role focuses on safety, connection and wellbeing for families and vulnerable children.
You will supervise a skilled team, manage service delivery, ensure high-quality and compliant practices, and build partnerships with courts and community services. A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field is highly desirable.
