MADEC is seeking an Indigenous Support Coordinator to deliver the Indigenous Wellbeing Support Program in Swan Hill. You’ll work with Indigenous clients and families to strengthen connections to services, supports and prospects.
This role is highly relationship-focused; you’ll provide individualised support, coordinate referrals and build solid connections with Indigenous and mainstream services across the community.
