Lucas Collective is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hawker Hall in Windsor. You'll provide hands‑on support across the front of house, helping deliver smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead and develop a high‑performing team, manage time and attendance, and ensure compliance. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, RSA certification preferred.
