We are seeking a proactive Property Services Manager to lead maintenance, trade operations, and facilities compliance across our diverse property portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will lead a team of Property Officers and contractor networks to ensure exceptional site standards. Key responsibilities include:

Planning and managing preventative and reactive maintenance schedules across multiple locations.

Driving compliance with industry accreditation standards, legislative obligations, and essential fire safety measures.

Managing operational budgets, forecasting maintenance programs, and delivering cost efficiencies.

Managing external contractors, service agreements, quotes, and quality assurance.

Overseeing capital works and maintenance within occupied, living spaces with minimal disruption.

What You Will Bring





Proven experience managing maintenance/facilities teams across multi-site settings.

Background in aged care, healthcare, or similar highly regulated operational sectors is required.

Relevant trade qualifications, construction background, or equivalent facilities management experience.

Robust knowledge of compliance, safety audits, and building governance within the aged cafre sector.

Excellent budget management, systems, and contractor negotiation skills.

Valid South Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Mandatory requirement: Explicit Police Check and required workplace immunisations.
