Repco is seeking a Retail Team Leader in Melbourne to drive superior showroom merchandising, lead a positive team, and uphold high presentation standards.
You will focus on planograms, displays, and promotions while guiding staff towards excellence in customer experience.
The role requires leadership capability, a passion for automotive products, and availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as arranged with the Manager.
Training and development are provided.
