Agrifutures is seeking an experienced People Systems and HRIS leader to own the HR Systems landscape end to end, spanning HRIS platforms, workforce technology, automation and AI-enabled tools.
You will drive evaluation, implementation and governance to support the organisation's strategy, workforce needs and employee experience while maintaining data governance.
In this role you will partner with ICT, Risk and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve workforce
