Preferred Requirements
Background in a building trade, construction, or sales, with a solid understanding of residential construction processes
Proven ability to supervise sites,



manage subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain solid client relationships
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable thinking ahead to identify and solve problems before they escalate
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and calm
Computer literate and comfortable using up-to-date construction management and communication systems

Preferred Qualifications
Formal qualification or extensive experience in construction supervision or site management
Current driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites
Familiarity with residential building standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes
