Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a capable leader to support daily store operations and drive exceptional customer service.
In this role you will assist the Store Manager with stock control, merchandising standards and campaign execution across a high-volume department.
You will lead a team to achieve sales growth, maintain visual standards, and deliver KPI targets while fostering a proactive, owner's mindset in a fast-paced retail setting.
Training and support are provided.
