Job Description
Fasta Pasta South Terrace in Adelaide seeks an experienced Café or Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a team in a busy dining workplace.
You will plan menus with the chef, manage staff rosters, handle reservations and events, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
AQF Hospitality qualification is preferred, with at least one year in a managerial hospitality role and excellent communication skills
