RGIT Australia is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Tongala site in northern Victoria.
You will lead a multi-skilled maintenance team across plant, equipment, irrigation, and facilities, drive preventative maintenance, and manage safety standards to protect production continuity.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee gas boilers, water/irrigation systems, and capital budgets, while embedding a solid safety culture and supplier alignment to keep a complex glasshouse operation
