AIG Australia invites an experienced Company Secretary and Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. The role covers secretariat and governance with flexibility to handle regulatory, product and distribution matters.
You will manage board minutes, governance processes, draft policy wordings and advise on insurance regulation while coordinating with regional and global counterparts.
