Primo Foods seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Wacol site in Australia, delivering protected, compliant and effective manufacturing outcomes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a large production team through frontline leaders, driving safety, quality, service, cost and throughput.
This hands-on role spends time on the factory floor, embedding lean disciplines and fostering accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement across the operation.
