Lead Salesforce workplace administration across a major government technology program, combining hands‑on platform support, CI/CD, security and technical leadership in a complex enterprise environment.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - minimum 3 days each week in the office
Contract Duration:
12 months with one 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement:
Must have an NV1 or higher
Essential Tasks
Develop and maintain Salesforce environment and code management plans supporting releases, projects and BAU changes.
Perform complex Salesforce administration across releases, CI/CD, platform security and workplace changes.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support across the Salesforce environments team.
Key Criteria
Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years' Salesforce ecosystem experience.
Strong Salesforce product knowledge, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD and sharing rules.
Experience supporting Salesforce environments, including Data Loader, Service Cloud and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using Git Lab or a similar tool.
