Equifax is seeking an experienced Privacy & Compliance qualified to design, implement and oversee the Privacy Compliance and CDR programs across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will lead risk assessments, regulatory oversight, and practical compliance services in collaboration with Legal, Operations and product teams.
You will drive regulatory change for CDR, privacy, and AI, monitor evolving laws, and maintain internal controls and policies to minimise risk while enabling business objectives.
