You will provide Level 2 desktop support, remote IT/AV assistance, and contribute to project tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
The role requires solid communication, a proactive approach, and willingness to work occasional after-hours with compensation.
MCP certification is preferred, with experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
