Job Description
Mercy Health's Pharmacy Department at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg seeks a pharmacist to deliver inpatient clinical services, including medication reconciliation, dispensing and patient counselling.
You will participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings to optimise care.
Applicants must be AHPRA-registered with hospital pharmacy experience and a passion for education, research and teaching, working within a team-oriented team in a busy hospital setting.
