Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking a Senior Educator in a Centre Leader role in Australia.
You will run the service, ensuring quality, compliance, people, families and commercial performance, reporting to an Area Manager or Cluster Support Manager.
You will lead daily operations, manage enrolments, and deliver EYLF/MTOP-aligned programs while driving improvements and staff development.
A solid leadership and financial background is essential.
