Job Description
Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support for a female participant in Seville, VIC.
The role focuses on helping her stay connected, enjoy meaningful activities and build independence.
Ideal candidates have Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, current checks, a valid driving licence and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
You will work flexibly to support outings and daily errands in the community.
