Job Description
McCabes is seeking a lawyer (1-2 PQE) or associate (2-4 PQE) to join our Health team on a full time basis in Australia.
Defend negligence claims against doctors, nurses, hospitals and health services and gather medical evidence to support liability and quantum assessments.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Laws and be admitted to practice in NSW, with experience in defendant medical negligence and coronial inquests, and the ability to manage litigated matters across jurisdictions.
