The Commons is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager in day‐to‐day operations, delivering an exceptional member experience and maintaining a protected, vibrant community.
You'll lead and motivate the team, coordinate events, manage feedback, and cover roles as needed.
Based at Cremorne or South Yarra, the role focuses on welcoming environments, facilities upkeep, tours, sales support, and cross-location collaboration while upholding WHS standards and a positive club culture.
