Job Description
Rio Tinto is seeking a capable HME Maintenance Supervisor to lead the heavy mobile equipment maintenance team at Gove Operations.
This residential role offers a 4 days on / 4 off roster, full relocation and housing support, and the chance to champion safety and reliability in a remote mining setting.
Reporting to the HME Maintenance Superintendent, you will supervise day and night shifts, drive maintenance planning, mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
