The role provides critical technical and service support to the Financial Lines Claims team principally handling high profile, technical and complex claims.
The role will also assist in ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines, technical excellence in the management of the portfolio, guidance for team members and additionally will be a key element in our ability to deliver market leading claims service.
What you will do
Handle high-profile, technical and complex Financial Lines claims from first report through to final disposition.
Investigate claims, assess coverage, set accurate reserves, and maintain clear, timely file documentation.
Manage litigation activity, external vendors, and key stakeholders including brokers, insureds, counsel, and internal teams.
Support robust claims outcomes by applying sound judgment, compliance requirements, and market-leading service standards.
