Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to work with children, youth and families on the Central Coast.
The role involves developing and implementing case plans to help achieve permanency goals for children and young people in care.
You will collaborate closely with families, carers and professionals to ensure voices are heard and needs are met, while supporting placements and providing trauma-informed guidance to foster carers.
