Point Care in Hervey Bay, Queensland seeks a dedicated Support Worker to provide community access support aligned with each client's NDIS goals.
You will help clients attend appointments, social activities, and daily living tasks while promoting independence and choice.
Applicants should have a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or be working toward it, plus First Aid/CPR and police check.
A valid Open Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle are preferred for community transport.
