WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are EITHER a conveyancingparalegal/secretaryOR conveyancer OR Junior Property Lawyer;
have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience;
have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
have strong time prioritisation+communication/interpersonalskills;
are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE(Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)skills;
