St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join the Heathcote team.
This full-time role supports the delivery of compassionate, person-centred home care services across our facilities, coordinating staff and ensuring prompt, high-quality care.
You will work Monday to Friday in Heathcote, with solid emphasis on community engagement, scheduling systems, and adherence to care plans.
A police check and NDIS screening may be required.
